Investec Offices

We designed these offices for Investec Asset Management, an international financial services company. IAM has grown from a small South African company into an international business. The firm manages billions of dollars in investments.

We were engaged to reflect their branding and ethos in their City of London headquarters. Originate refurbished offices over three floors with a new client suite on the eighth floor. We created a new main reception area, meeting rooms and catering facilities. Originate used a  sophisticated, light, neutral colour palette to give the space maximum light and openness. We chose a dynamic crown-cut pale oak panelling that adds warmth and movement to the space. Originate planned the general offices on the third and fourth floors.  We have also introduced new flexible training rooms, an 18-person telepresence conference room and a large staff café and terrace with outdoor seating. We designed these to encourage more informal staff interaction.
